Meet the Therapist
Compassionate. Faith-Filled. Rooted in Grace.
Hi, I’m Nicole Vobora, the founder and lead therapist at Hope and Grace Christian Counseling. I’m a licensed mental health professional with a heart for helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, freedom, and renewed purpose—emotionally and spiritually.
My Credentials & Training
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Utah
Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Messiah University
Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals
Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma healing
Specialized training in emotional abuse recovery, particularly from narcissistic and antagonistic relationships
Advanced work in Attachment-Based Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Faith-Integrated Counseling
I’m especially passionate about helping clients rebuild after emotional trauma—whether it’s from toxic relationships, childhood wounds, or years of feeling unseen and unheard. My approach integrates clinical tools with a deep reverence for your faith, story, and resilience.
A Little About Me
Outside the therapy room, I’m a proud wife, mom, and dog-lover. My husband and I love traveling together—exploring new places and making memories. I’m also a proud mom of grown boys who continually inspire me with their independence and passion.
When I’m not counseling, you’ll often find me hiking, curled up with a book, or playing fetch with my sweet dogs, Hope and Izzy. Nature and movement help me stay grounded and connected to God.
I believe in the power of healing through connection—connection with self, others, and our Creator. It's my honor to walk alongside those who are ready to rediscover their voice, their strength, and the grace that holds them every step of the way.
