Our Practice

Compassionate. Faith-Filled. Rooted in Grace.

Hope and Grace Christian Counseling is a faith-integrated counseling practice located in Bountiful, Utah, serving individuals throughout Davis County, Salt Lake County, and surrounding communities. We exist to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing is possible—especially for those who have felt unseen, unheard, or deeply wounded in relationships, systems, or seasons of life.

Our clinicians specialize in relationship and attachment-based work, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), attachment based therapy, trauma-informed therapy and support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression and life-transitions. We are particularly passionate about helping clients heal from emotional trauma, including narcissistic and antagonistic abuse, childhood wounds, church or institutional harm, and long-standing patterns of anxiety, shame, and disconnection.

At Hope and Grace, we believe true healing honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our approach integrates evidence-based clinical tools such as EFT, ACT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, while holding a deep respect for your faith, story, and resilience. For clients who desire it, Christian faith is thoughtfully woven into the therapeutic process—not forced, not minimized, and always handled with care and humility.

Our mission is to walk alongside you as you move from survival to restoration—whether you are rebuilding after leaving a painful relationship, navigating one you are still in, discerning next steps, or simply longing for deeper peace and connection. We believe healing happens in safe relationships, that your story matters, and that growth is possible—even after deep hurt.

At Hope and Grace Christian Counseling, you don’t have to carry it alone.
