Stephanie Santana, ACMHC
Stephanie is now ACCEPTING new clients. She is an amazing addition to our practice She works with all ages including children and adolescents. She also speaks Spanish and works closely with the Latinx community.
I am a bilingual Licensed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and purpose.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I have additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach. I especially enjoy working with teens, adults and couples who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are ready to move toward healing and meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I integrate evidence-based practices with a faith-informed perspective when it is important to you. I respect each client’s beliefs and values, and I believe that incorporating faith can be a powerful part of the healing process—always guided by your comfort and personal goals.
A little about me—I’m a mom who loves being outdoors. Whether I’m hiking, bike riding, or seeking new adventures, I value connection, balance, and living life with intention. These values carry into my work, where I aim to help clients build resilience, find meaning, and reconnect with themselves and others.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through past trauma, or simply looking for support and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
